Head of Products – Sr. Dir. Product Management – Joined in 2014 while Cyphort was still in stealth mode.  Launched initial product at RSA ’14, and achieved finalist rank in SC Magazine’s Innovators Sandbox.  Cyphort followed this success the following year by winning SC Magazine’s Rookie Security Company of the year in 2015.  In 2015, Cyphort was named “Best Enterprise Security Company of the year” in 2016 by SC Magazine.
Senior Product Manager – Responsible for Central Management System (CMS), Mobilyzer,  the Malware Analysis System (MAS), File Malware Protection System (fMPS) and several pending unannounced products.
Senior Product Marketing Manager– Managed all hardware and software instrumentation product lines, including nGenius InfiniStream, nGenius NetFlow Collector, nGenius Integrated Agent for Cisco, and nGenius Virtual Agent for VMWare. Managed integration following Psytechnics acquisition, as well as the subsequent launch of nGenius Voice | Video Manager product line.
Product Realization Manager – Product Realization at AT&T is a function that crosses the disciplines of Product Management, Project Management and Business Development.  In the Line of Business organization, Product Realization Managers establish partnerships with outside vendors that have product offerings that would benefit by availability in AT&T’s channels.  It is the Product Realization Manager’s role to integrate these organizations as optimally as possible and architect a product offering that ensures the success of the project.
Senior Product Line Manager – At OneCommand, my primary role and responsibility was to implement email and SMS text message delivery and Bluetooth short range transmission to the voice broadcast platform OneCommand had already established.  This required becoming the companies Subject Matter Expert not just on email and sms technologies, but also regulatory issues regarding the use of these delivery methods for marketing and safety purposes.  In the process, the PreferenceManager platform was conceived and developed in order to allow users to specify types of traffic of which to opt in and opt out.
Senior Product Planner – Spearheaded plan to bring a full featured performance monitoring solution to Fluke Networks.  In this function, served on the due diligence team to research the acquisition of Visual Networks, and initiated the acquisition process of Crannog Software to round out NetFlow monitoring solution.  Detailed an integrated platform for all distributed monitoring tools going forward.
Product Line Manager – At Aruba Networks, Druce was responsible for Network Management and all usability functions, down to and including the entire out of box experience. Druce lead the team and created the process that led to shortening and simplifying the deployment process which originally required a trained technician a full day to one where a typical network manager could deploy within minutes.Aruba Networks Initial Public Offering: March 27, 2007
Director Product Management –Introduced into the team by Venture Funding team to help relaunch the product.  Quickly identified the core value proposition and refocused the product positioning to target key markets and users.ClearSight Networks was acquired by Fluke Networks on December 29, 2009.
Product Manager – Assigned to AireSpace while product was still in “stealth mode”, three months prior to launch in order to resolve key product problems involving the user interface and network management functions.AireSpace was acquired by Cisco Systems on January 12, 2005.
CTO, Founder – Received Venture funding from Norwest Venture Partners and AsiaTech Management Ventures, by creating successful business plan, proof of concept product, and customer success stories.  Developed and defined the idea for, as well as managed the development of, Forecast Manager, a network resource management application that allowed service providers and carriers to forecast growth of their high speed WAN and broadband network infrastructure for the purpose of financial planning and sales lead generation.  Tailored the product in a partnership with 3Com/Commworks to manage 2.5-3G cellular communications systems.Clairvoyant Software merged with PowerUp Networks in 2002, and became Voyence.  Voyence was acquired by EMC2 on October 30, 2007.
Chief Technologist, WAN / Broadband Business Unit – Managed the company transition from a “tools-based” sales model into a systems-based sales model.  Developed and delivered sales tools, seminar series, white papers, competitive analysis and sales training to help smooth this transition.  Defined and delivered analyzers for ATM, HSSI, and ISDN which grew the revenues for the products in this unit four fold during a two year period.Network General was acquired by McAfee October 14, 1997.
